Elevate W.T.C’s coaching and immersive workshops are grounded in positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and positive intelligence.
Combined with over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior leader in a diverse range of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, Sandra brings valuable insights to the obstacles faced by leaders and professionals in high-stakes environments. Her extensive background also includes a successful competitive bodybuilding career and ongoing engagement of academic endeavours with a focus on psychology, health, and leadership.
As an Executive Well-being Coach and Consultant, Sandra empowers busy and ambitious individuals to achieve their highest business, personal, and social potential through transformative mindset and behaviour changes. Using a holistic approach, Elevate W.T.C helps individuals overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and tap into their innate strengths and core confidence, enabling them to navigate challenges with greater clarity and ease.
As an advocate for elevating human potential, Sandra is dedicated to lifelong learning, which compliments her role as a mother to two sons and her ability to balance family responsibilities.
